Here is the team: Mr Sulzbacher (43) is a qualified certified accountant in the United Kingdom. Mr Sulzbacher has a B.A. in accounting from London Guildhall University. After working as the accountancy adviser for schools to the British government, in 1993 Mr Sulzbacher moved to Israel where he worked as the controller of a software development company. In 1996 Mr Sulzbacher founded Impart Consultants which specialized in business plan preparation, due diligence investigations and business development for start-ups and their investors. He concurrently acted as the CFO/CEO of an international telecommunications company. Since 2003, Mr. Sulzbacher moved to Belgium and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Dali Diamond Group. He is also the editor of the journal Diamond Finance. Mr Rajamani (37) is an Indian qualified accountant who worked for a few years for as major sightholder until 2003 when he moved to a leading Indian management consultancy. He specialised in strategic reviews and corporate restructuring where the majority of his clients were in manufacturing businesses. Mr Cohen (39) has an MBA from Bar-Ilan university in Israel. From 1991 to 1994 he worked for the Diamond Commissioner's office at the Ministry of Trade and Industry where he worked on economic policy and on how to reduce the bureaucracy. He then went to work for one of Israel's largest diamond companies. Mr Cohen brings to CFO Plus an in-depth understanding of the Israeli diamond industry both from a commercial and from a macro-economic perspective. Ms Senderowicz has a background in design and communications and is responsible for sales and administration. |
