bulletKISS - Keep It Simple and Short.  People enjoy reading short and concise texts which deliver a message which they understand.

Client 1
One of our first PowerPoint presentations was for a BHP client who had to present to BHP's management its activities and answer 10 questions.  BHP's feedback to the presentation was "You answered all of our questions, Well Done"
Client 2
A client requested the preparation of a wide scope report to a government on how to create a long term diamond industry and trade.  On its presentation to the responsible minister, he commented, "I asked for it and I got it."
Clinet 3
A client had prepared a business plan for presentation to investors which gave the wrong information and  he was not successful at raising his required investment.  CFO Plus rewrote the business plan after carrying out its own market research and rebuilding the financials.  Within two months of finishing the rewrite the client had raised his required investment.
